Rates
$3750 per week + $300/week cleaning fee
One week minimum all year.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Departure is at 11:00 a.m. While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 p.m.

House Policy
To keep the house clean for all of our guests, no smoking and no pets, please. Clean feet, clean socks or clean slippers only in the house. We supply slippers. The only exception is a formal dinner party at the Seattle house.
