Guest Policy

Rates
June thru September $6750 per week+ $300/week cleaning fee
November thru March $2750 per week+ $300/week cleaning fee
April thru May $4750 per week + $300/week cleaning fee
One week minimum all year.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Departure is at 12 noon. While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 p.m. However, we can store your luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.

House Policy
No pets. No smoking. Shoes off policy. We supply slippers. This is our way of keeping the house clean for other guests. 

Rental Agreement
The Rental Agreement will be made available (password provided) to you upon your rental inquiry. It outlines these above items and other terms of leasing this property. Please sign and return 2 (two) executed originals by mail, one will be signed and returned to you for your records. Be sure to also include your deposit to reserve the property.
